DataX partnered with an Australian client to build a comprehensive SaaS Franchise Management System - an “All-in-One” platform designed to streamline and centralize all operational workflows for SMEs and franchise businesses.The system covers the entire lifecycle, including lead generation, quoting, job management, invoicing, marketing, and reporting, all within a unified and white-label-ready interface.The technical solution features multi-tenancy with separate databases, Java for backend, TypeScript for frontend, Azure Cloud infrastructure, and built-in AI capabilities such as Photo-to-Accounting and Marketing Automation.DataX deployed an Agile team of 10 developers, 3 QA engineers, 1 BA, and 1 Project Manager to deliver the project within 3 months and 1 month ahead of timeline commitment.
